Meraj International Roller Shutter Systems
The Meraj International Roller Shutter System provides optimal protection for vehicle equipment departments. The structure utilizes double-walled anodized slats manufactured from a light alloy, ensuring a lightweight yet highly durable build. These positively engaged slats deliver a secure, stable connection and maintain a flush surface on both the interior and exterior. Engineered for rigorous environments, the system allows for easy horizontal movement and rapid equipment access, even under challenging off-road conditions.
Smooth Operation & Advanced Sealing
The system employs a spring roller to bear the weight of the shutter body, utilizing deflection wheels and self-lubricating sliding blocks for effortless, low-maintenance movement. To ensure comprehensive weather resistance, engineers integrated two flexible seals between each slat, vertical seals in the guiding rails, and an extra flexible sealing strip at the bottom exclusion slat. A cover strip, equipped with an integrated rain track and two-lip seal, makes direct contact with the shutter body only when fully closed, which significantly reduces friction and wear over time.
