Industrial Pumps
ST Series Pumps
MERAJ builds the ST Series for heavy-duty industrial process handling. These centrifugal pumps efficiently move water, chemicals, petroleum, wastewater, oil, sludge, slurry, and food. Operators use these end-suction, non-clogging pumps for diverse industrial and firefighting applications.
The ST Series is designed for industrial sites that require robust liquid transfer with reliable flow, pressure, and material compatibility. Typical uses include process water circulation, refinery and petrochemical service, wastewater handling, slurry movement, construction dewatering, booster pumping, emergency water supply, and industrial fire support. The end-suction configuration allows straightforward pipeline connection, while the heavy-duty impeller and seal arrangement help maintain performance during abrasive, corrosive, or intermittent operating conditions.
MERAJ supports ST Series selection by reviewing fluid characteristics, operating temperature, suction conditions, required head, installation method, and maintenance access. Pumps can be matched to electric motors, diesel engines, hydraulic drives, or vehicle-mounted systems depending on site requirements. This engineering approach helps industrial customers build pump packages that meet productivity targets, withstand demanding environments, and provide dependable service for transfer, dewatering, process, and fire protection operations.
This pump series supports specialized MERAJ vehicles, municipal service systems, and industrial applications. Compare related fire fighting pumps, review documentation in the download center, or contact MERAJ for duty selection.
ST Series Industrial Pumping Excellence
Versatile Mounting Configurations
The ST Series supports multiple installation methods. Technicians can configure them using close-coupled, SAE engine-mount, horizontal frame-mount, vertical, or vertical coupled setups.
Advanced Construction Materials
We manufacture these pumps from Iron and CD4MCu stainless steel. The stainless steel variant provides corrosion resistance equal to or better than 316 SS and delivers double the yield strength.
Direct Pipeline Integration
These units function perfectly as booster pumps. The design allows operators to bolt them directly into existing pipelines.
Reliable Dry-Run Operations
The pump features a two-vane closed impeller and oil-lubricated seals. This engineering provides complete dry-run capability to protect the equipment during fluid interruptions.
Features
Flexible Drives
Supports hydraulic drives with variable speeds and works with electric drive setups.
Broad Applications
Handles sewer systems, dewatering, canneries, dredging, foundries, and construction sites.
Massive Output
Reaches a maximum flow rate up to 32,000 GPM.
Powerful Delivery
Generates a maximum head of up to 450 feet.
