Combine Suction & Jetting Vehicle – MCSV
The MCSV Series combines high-pressure jetting and vacuum suction into one machine. Councils and contractors use this vehicle to clean mainline sewers, gullies, and drains. It features a large hydraulically powered jetting hose reel mounted on the rear door. The jetting system delivers up to 200 LPM at pressures up to 300 bar.
MERAJ combine suction and jetting vehicles are engineered for cities, wastewater authorities, industrial facilities, and service contractors that need one machine for blockage removal and waste recovery. The combination of a high-pressure sewer jetting system and a powerful vacuum tanker allows crews to break compacted debris, wash pipe walls, remove sludge, and transport collected material without dispatching separate vehicles. This improves daily productivity on mainline sewers, storm drains, culverts, treatment plant areas, and utility maintenance routes.
Each MCSV can be configured around the required chassis, tank split, pump output, hose length, safety controls, and local road regulations. Operators benefit from ergonomic rear reel access, practical storage, stable tank construction, and systems designed for repeated municipal work. For procurement teams comparing sewer cleaning vehicles, vacuum jetting trucks, or combined drain cleaning units, the MCSV Series provides a durable platform with scalable light, medium, and heavy-duty specifications.
This vehicle is part of the Municipality Vehicles range by MERAJ. You can compare related public works vehicles in the vehicle portfolio, access brochures through the download center, or contact MERAJ for fleet planning.
The Heavy Duty MCSV uses a 26-ton GVW chassis for massive workloads. It carries up to 6,000 liters of waste and 7,000 liters of water. We equip this variant with high-output vacuum pumps moving up to 2,500 cubic meters per hour for deep sewer cleaning and industrial waste removal.
