Jetting Vehicle – MJV
The MJV Series is a High Pressure Jetting Vehicle built for mainline sewer cleaning and blockage removal. The system includes a large, hydraulically powered jetting hose reel mounted on the rear door. This tilting, self-aligning reel improves access to manholes and simplifies hose management. Operators can choose a PTO-driven system or an optional auxiliary engine drive.
MERAJ high pressure jetting vehicles are designed for sewer cleaning teams that need reliable water delivery, accurate hose control, and enough onboard capacity for long maintenance runs. The MJV Series clears grease, sand, roots, scale, and settled debris from mainline sewers, branch lines, stormwater drains, and industrial drainage channels. Its pressure and flow combination helps operators restore pipe capacity while reducing the need for manual entry into confined spaces.
The MJV platform can be tailored with tank size, pump drive, hose reel capacity, nozzle storage, washdown equipment, and control layouts suited to local maintenance practices. A compact light-duty version supports dense urban routes, while heavy-duty builds provide extended jetting duration for long pipe sections and severe blockages. For municipalities and contractors evaluating sewer jetting trucks, drain cleaning vehicles, or high-pressure water jetting units, MERAJ provides a practical, service-ready solution.
This vehicle is part of the Municipality Vehicles range by MERAJ. You can compare related public works vehicles in the vehicle portfolio, access brochures through the download center, or contact MERAJ for fleet planning.
The Heavy Duty MJV uses an 18-ton GVW chassis. It features an 8,000-liter water tank for extended operation times. The 300 bar jetting pump tackles stubborn obstructions and cleans long-distance sewer lines.
